With the service dashboard in HubSpot, you can view your ticket, knowledge base, and customer feedback performance at a glance. You can also add more pre-built service reports or create custom reports to add to the dashboard.

Navigate to your HubSpot dashboards by clicking thesprocket iconin the top left corner of your account.. Click the dashboard name at the upper left, then select Service Dashboard.
